Registration fees include 22% Italian VAT.

*To validate your student status, please send the scan of a current Student Card to info@solrub2025.org or ask your University officials/professors to confirm your status.

Onsite registration and payments for conference participation by credit card or cash will be possible with a surcharge of € 80 to be added to the late registration fees.

Any participants requiring an invitation letter in order to obtain their VISA should contact by email info@solrub2025.org, sending a Pdf copy of their passport.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made by 31/07/2025, your registration fee will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 31/07/2025.
