Guidelines for oral and poster presentations

Oral presentations:
Invited talks will have 25 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion time. At the link (https://solrub2025.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Logos-oral-1.pptx)  you can find the logos of SOLRUB2025.
Selected plenary talks will have 16 minutes plus 4 minutes of discussion time.
Selected parallel talks will have 12 minutes plus 3 minutes of discussion time.
Presentations should be in pptx or pdf format, with 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio.
The speakers should send the presentation before the start of the congress to info@solrub2025.org or deliver it at the latest during the coffee break preceding the start of the session, to the technician in charge.
Please note that all the computers will be running Windows 11, with Office 365. Please make sure your presentation is compatible and that any additional contents (animations, web contents, links) are embedded and functioning. In the interest of time, no speaker-provided computers will be allowed.

Poster presentations:
The text should be in English. Poster size have to be 70 cm wide by 100 cm high. At the link (https://solrub2025.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Poster_Template_Logo_SOLRUB-1.pptx) a template with the relevant logos is available to the authors.
Each poster has a number given in the list that is published online, and available to participants at the Congress venue. The poster number should be displayed in the poster. The authors should affix their poster in the position labelled with their poster number. Pins or tape for posting will be available on site. Posters should be removed by the authors at the end of the Congress; any remaining posters will be disposed of.
The posters will be available for viewing by the participants in a dedicated area throughout the congress, where also coffee breaks will be served.
